UHS Band Seeks Sponsorships

The band program at University High School is renowned for its talented students who work hard to achieve excellence in their music performances. From marching band to concert band, jazz band to symphony orchestra, the students represent their school and community with pride and distinction; the band program seeks a sponsor to help purchase a new trailer.

With a semi-trailer, our band could safely and securely store our uniforms, instruments, and equipment at the end of a long night and unload them at our convenience the following school day.Then, exhausted students and parents could go straight home instead of adding an extra 1-2 hours while students finish putting everything away.

We currently have a 52′ semi-trailer on offer for $17,000, which is a great deal, and our program’s goal is to raise these funds by May 15.

The University Band has achieved a high level of success in these circuits, having earned a BOA Regional Class Championship and several FMBC Regional Championships, and having been named both an FMBC State Finalist and BOA Regional Finalist.

The band trailer is an essential component of the band program, allowing the students to transport their equipment safely and efficiently. A new trailer would benefit the band program and provide an advertising opportunity for sponsors. Sponsors would have their logos displayed on the trailer, band programs, and the school’s website.

The University High School Band program is committed to providing quality music education to its students, and their performances bring people together and inspire pride in their school and community. By sponsoring the band trailer, sponsors would be investing in the future of the students and the community.
